Melissa Kim

Melissa brings extensive experience in strategic operations, management consulting, and entrepreneurship.  

She was first recruited into a leadership rotation program at ExxonMobil where she served as an executive financial planner.  Melissa went on to  create and lead Exxon's Global Supply Chain Sustainability Group.  Melissa was then recruited as a founding partner at The Global Fund, where she led and managed the organization's first $200M investment to end human trafficking using cutting-edge research and technology.

Melissa first became interested in peak performance in 2012 when her own performance was being hindered by constantly being on the edge of burnout.  She has since become deeply impassioned to enhance cognitive and physical well-being as a source of greater performance and impact.
